Kevin completed his massage therapy training at Asheville School of Massage and Yoga here in Asheville, NC in 2017 (License # 16989) and has been practicing steadily ever since. After fine-tuning his skills at multiple spas and a private practice in northern California, he came back to Asheville in 2022 to continue building his bodywork career.
Intuitive touch is the cornerstone of Kevin's practice - listening and feeling into your tissues to find the right pressure at the right pace. This allows him to hone in on problematic areas using aspects of trigger-point therapy to effectively help you move towards active relief from chronic aches, pains, and acute discomforts.
Kevin has been consistently building upon his foundations of Swedish and deep tissue work, integrating modalities such as Thai and Shiatsu style stretching and range-of-motion techniques to help open locked muscles and joints. Using a combination of these modalities, he will carefully craft a massage experience specific to your unique needs and preferences and provide professional recommendations for the next steps in your treatment plan.
An avid enthusiast of the outdoors, Kevin spends much of his free time on trails and in the mountains, eagerly exploring new areas and fresh views. He also loves to kayak, swim, and play sand volleyball. Maybe you'll catch him one weekend playing pick-up at Highland or Carrier Park! At home, Kevin is either working in his garden or playing around with his guitar or on his drum set. His passion for music plays an integral role in his life. Kevin lives with his two cats and his partner, Ali.
